ISK – SODEX ISTANBUL 2019

The Trade Fair ISK – SODEX Istanbul (International Exhibition for HVAC&R, Pumps, Valves, Fittings, Fire Prevention, Water Treatment And Insulation) will be held at Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center on October 2-5 2019. POMSAD is one of the partner associations of the exhibition.

During the last edition in 2008, ISK-Sodex had 42.000 sqm net of stand area, with 1108 exhibitors from 44 countries. In addition, 84.936 visitors from 105 countries visited the exhibition – 53% from Asia, 35% from Europe and 10% from Africa.

With two special halls one dedicated to valve and a second one to pump producers from Turkey and all around the world, ISK - Sodex is the only venue in Turkey where visitors can find valve and pump manufacturers all together in one site.

Starting from 2019, ISK-SODEX will be held biannually during odd years.

10TH PUMP-VALVE AND COMPRESSORS CONFERENCE

Preparations for the 10th Pump-Valve and Compressors Congress have begun.

It started as a Pump Conference and was organized for the 2nd time in 1996 by Turkish Pump Manufacturers’ Association. Since then, a further nine conferences were organised and valves and compressors were finally included at the 9th conference programme, in addition to pumps.

The theme of the conference will be “Preparing for Digital Transformation and Turkey”. 

The 10th Pump-Valve-Compressor Conference will be the occasion to exchange, evaluate and discuss R&D activities, problems of the sectors and it will be a venue where solutions to the problems will be discussed as well.

The 10th Conference will be held in 2020. Papers can be submitted in English at the conference as well. Calendar for submitting abstracts, evaluation period and submitting papers will be announced together with the conference topics and the venue on Pomsad's website.
