- 11:00 – 15:30 : CEIR BIV TC meeting (incl. short sandwich lunch)
- 15.30-18.30 : CEIR Marketing Committee meeting
- 19:30 : Social Dinner (paid by participants*)
18 October:
- 9:30 – 15:30 : CEIR Board meeting (incl. sandwich lunch 12:00 – 13:00)
